As a personal trainer and yoga teacher over the age of 50, I understand how the body changes as we age.

Your fitness program will be designed with your unique goals in mind.

Don’t wish to train in person? I can set up online personal training for you. Your workouts will be delivered to you via an app and you will have daily access to me if you have questions or need modifications.
