    I will teach you how to use resistance training exercises to build stronger muscles, bones, tendons and most of all- a stronger, more resilient body. You will get a custom workout plan tailored fit to meet your goals.

  • Education

    You will not only learn “HOW” to do an exercise- you will learn “WHY.” Understanding the proper form and intention of each move will lower your risk for injury and allow you to learn more about your most valuable asset- your body.

  • Empowerment

    Instead of feeling tired after a session you will feel EMPOWERED for your life outside the gym. I will teach you how to transfer your fitness accomplishments into your daily life. I always say each rep is like another chance to do your best. Each rep is another chance!

  • PEACE

    I want you to see fitness through the lens of calm determination and graceful strength. We can be strong and peaceful at the same time. You will learn to use your workouts to become strong enough to approach any situation with a strong yet peaceful approach. Peace is never a weakness!

Inspiration and dedication is peak when we’re together, but there are times when remote is the best option.
